Hosting

The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and keep them secure, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the time of the request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in a secure, working website). Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Email and phone

If you write or call, your message and contact details are used only to answer you and are deleted when no longer needed (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Contact form

If you use the contact form, what you enter (name, email, phone, date, message) is sent to our form service PaceForms and used only to answer you; it is deleted when no longer needed (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Nothing is sent before you press Submit.

Links to other services

Links to Instagram, Facebook, Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music and Podia open those services only when you click them. Their own privacy policies apply there.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, to data portability and to object, and to complain to a supervisory authority — in Bavaria, the BayLDA.
